This weekend went well. Friday was band practice followed by coconut shrimp at red lobster (YUM!) and story exchange until they closed. Then we all headed back to Joey the bandmate's house and continued exchanging stories 
. His friend Andrew was hangin out too and I really enjoy his company. He has a naughty knit book he wants to show and some cameras. He also sews. Yeah, he's right up there in my awesome person rating next to Gish and my best friend, Kyo. Anyway, Saturday was WONDERFUL. We did nothing. Just sat around crafting/playing games/talking/snuggling all day. Sunday was Kendo practice followed by band practice followed by going over to Joey's house again. We watched the end of some Van Wilder movie, Waiting, the start of Employee of the Month, and half of Spider Man. None of which I've seen so I think I'm gonna rent Employee of the Month.
The crafting mentioned on Saturday was to work on Project 8 of my RVA class.
Ain't she sweet!? I'm horrible at noticing lens flares until after I get a shot I like and review it on the computer. If anyone knows a way to photoshop/gimp them out, please let me know. Other than that... PANDA! I love pandas! I'm also lucky enough to have bamboo by my front fence. Perfect for pictures, ne? I figured I'd make her some glasses too. Orange just like the inside of mind
. They're a little lopsided because I free handed cutting them. I think it adds to the quirkiness though.
I love her little camera. I know I used these colors for one of my tipis too, but I'm madly in love with the combination right now.
I decided not to give her a little white tummy like the rest did.

I just need my sewing kit back from a friend's house. And a light box would be nice. Perhaps I should make one today.
