I am currently encased in a faux-leather lazy boy recliner, in the sleep study ward, watching the screen of a sleep study patient as the various electrode lines wiggle all over the place.
I've decided to live my life in a crazy tornado of activity so I am currently-
1. An artist/illustrator/designer
2. A sleep lab technician-in-training
3. A Zumba instructor-in-training
4. An artist's model
5. A brand ambassador
6. A general badass and maker of pretty/yummy things.
This might seem like a lot of jobs for one person but I like the variety and the fact that none of these jobs involve an office.
I may be poor as a dung beetle in space but at least I'm exploring my life for once. I'm so scared of being broke because maybe my life would spiral out of control or something equally horrible but actually... I'm ok. I'll be getting some money in the bank by the end of the month and I'm feeling like I can finally pursue my art career.
I'm considering working in the film industry for a spell but if it absorbs my entire life it may not be a long term prospect.
Oh! I'm also donating my eggies soon. I've donated twice before ( a few years ago) but now felt like a good time to do it again. I know the idea freaks some people out but I love the idea that someone can have a baby because of my eggs. That child will never be mine, know who I am or meet me because of anonymity laws in South Africa but I prefer it that way. I'm not ready to be a parent and I would have no real claim to that child's life. Just a bit of DNA, really.

This is what I do when I hang out with my rabbits... When I'm not feeding them banana and having one-sided conversations with their uninterested backsides. Still, they don't argue back. That's something. You can see some of their toys in the background.
