1. Never pick up the phone
2.Keep me on hold 10 minutes plus
3.Always rude when you pick up
4.Keep me on hold until you are closed
5.Have the personality of a snail
6.Uses automated services that make things more complicated then convenient
7.Can never get to a representative quickly
8.Never has straight answers
9.Always misdirects me
10. NEVER HAVE A SMILE ON YOUR FACE!!
