As you know, this platform had some changes. With the "tip" thing, some people found this change interesting, others problematized, but I'm here today to talk to you about something bigger than "just a new buttom"!
Are you ready? Let's go, Let's talk about HOW SUPPORT AN ARTIST HERE. And there's a lot of ways, WITH AND WITHOUT money. That's why my post isn't just about the tipping thing. This is about how difficult it is, grow up an artistic career in a world that does not value art and autonomous artist as it values a conventional profession, like a doctor, for example.
I believe that this change in here on SG is a way for the STAFF to bring a possibility of encouragement to the artists who present their work here.
But, as I said, the support can be without money too. Not everyone has the financial privilege of financially assisting the model, the photographer or the artist itself. Then, I prepared this post with some suggestions that make a lot of difference for us!
HOW TO SUPPORT WITH MONEY:
- be a patron
- ask for comissions
- give a tip if the girls/sets/photographers you loved but never see them getting any good by this
- buy their products
HOW TO SUPPORT WITHOUT MONEY:
- like their blogposts, sets and pics
- leave nice comments
- share their art
- tell your friends about them
