Hmmmm... The 4th has come and gone. I didn't even make it up the hill to the carnival, I hadda bartend at the smelly bar. It got PACKED after the party shut down. Yeah, I was a busy bee that night. Mid-winter was pretty cool too, I guess. Just another holiday. The damn kiwi's can't pull there heads out of thier asses long enough to go drill a stupid little hole in the ice so we haven't had even one polar plunge this winter. Lame-Os!!! There was way too much going on in June. I have a feeling July is going to be a very long month.
Came in 4th or 5th in the bowling league so we did pretty well this year. I am kinda glad it's over tho. It takes so much time and energy and alcohol. Too much of that going down this year. Not that it's any more than previously, just not any less either. The after bar quesodillas are a hit once again. Damn they are good if I do say so myself. Gettin the fixin's can be quite the adventure sometimes but usually I try to plan ahead. Work is, well, work but it's been kinda interesting lately. Hadda replace the rings and rebuild one of the new heater motors. Fun. About 6 weeks until WINFLY! I am outta here on the 26th, last flight baby!!! Can't wait. No big travel plans tho at the moment. Got to be home for a wedding on the 9th so unfortunately only about a week in Chch but a week of great food, pints of fresh beer (Guiness), and boobies! yay for boobies!
