OK so maybe I was just a little too motivated today... Now I kind of hurt, I think that I may have over done things a little bit. It was PT at your own pace, so one of the guys I work with and I took off for a nice short run. 3.8 miles later I wasn't feeling too good. Things have gotten real hot real fast, and I don't think that I was hydrated enough for this kind of thing especially since the temps have jumped from the 50's up into 80's in just a few days. Right now its a little after 6:30 and it's still about 75. Oh but that wasn't enough for me, I got a wild hair and took off and took the first right as I exited the back gate on my road bike and went for a good hour long bike ride (I did stop to pound a liter ro so of gatoraid first). If I can keep this up plus get up early enough to hit the gym in the mornings on a regular basis I think that I'll be doing pretty good. I just have a hell of a time getting up in the morning lately... I guess I'm going to have to start going to bed before 2 in the morning. 

But try not to over do it... don't want you dying of dehydration or something.
