Ahhh mad crazyness, with bad ju-ju!
Today sucked ass, I was the only corpsmen in my area of the clinic for most of the day. Usually we have 3 people working where I was at and it can still be nucking futs! My brain hurts, my neck hurts from trying to cradle the phone and type most of the day while whiney bitches complained about stuff I have no control over, and today frankly I could care less. Not a good mood to be in while dealing with patients. What I'm still trying to figure out is how a lowly corpsmen (OK he's the same rank as me but just picked up) can think that he has the right to tell the nurse (with a BS in nursing) that she's not the boss of him, and then proceed to belittle her in a most inapprpriate manor. This guy fucked up big time, not only for being an ass but this nurse just happens to be our chief's sister. What I wouldn't give to be a fly on the wall when he gets pulled into the chiefs office. Our chief has made things totaly clear, he's about to retire and there's nothing that the Navy could do to him to change the amount of pay, or benifits he would get once he gets out, short of something that would result in jail time and he's not that stupid. So frankly he doesn't give a shit, and the one thing that goes 100% infront of his duties in the Navy is his family. I'm betting that I see this guy get strpped in rank, and made to stay in (even though he's got 21 days left in the Navy) to be put in restriction (house arrest) for 45 days and owe the Navy an entire months pay. I think that I'm just getting tired of the drama that's been going on here. I'm even ready to go back to a ship (and this is easy duty here) to get away from all the BS that's gone on this week.
Oh yeah I just found out something else that really kicks ass, we're losing a bunch of people because they are getting out of the Navy, or being deployed to Iraq and as short as we already are we were told that we wouldn't be getting any replacements till further notice.
That's all for now, I'm done bitching and I'm sorry to have had to put all the ranting and raving down but today was a shit sandwich at work.

My brand new computer has given me the windows equivilent of the finger THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH!!! so I'm back on the iMac I loathe
