Well it's been a while, not by my choice for the last couple of days. My exam went as well as could be expected, but my laptop may have bitten the dust. I've had it in at a local repair shop for a while now and I have started to give up hope. So here I sit typing on a borrowed iMac (really weird after usning a PC for so many years) to update my journal and check my email. At first I thought that I would be able to jump on the Apple and feel right at home, after all the only reason I got a PC in the begining was because I needed it for a CAD program. I secretly liked the Apples better back in the day. Now it's an alien machine, only one button on the mouse, and weird keystroke controls that I can't remember. Sure its a cute machine with everything all nicely bundled together and it works pretty smoothly for being only 400 mhz but if I have to replace my laptop I don't think that I will be running down to the Apple store with cash in hand just yet.
