Its official, I have lost faith in the Navy and I am done. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. The amount of back stabbing and subtrifuge has reached an all time low in the rating that I was once so proud to be a part of.

Sorry to hear that... the way they have set up that program is completely absurd. Coming from someone who is trying to be a teacher, those people who are teaching your class would so be fired in the civilian world. Here teachers are graded on their results and if so many students fail, the speculation is that the problem is not the students, but the teacher.
So I was told today that I would be living in a closet....
Not the biggest place I have lived in thats for sure, but depending on how big it is I may have lived in smaller places.
Bad news on the job in Colorado the position closes on the 7th of October, and they need the space filled before the snow starts to fly....

As for my arm....wel - out of all the IM flu shots I have gotten, this one has hurt the most by far. I have a huge welt on my arm (which is covered by my Sponge Bob bandaid)

Used to happen to me all the time... it has nothing to do with lack of sleep (or at least it was in my case). It was more like the lecture was presented in such a boring format that no matter how interesting the material was, I still wanted to take a nap.
Still getting things settled in to my little nest that I will call home for the next few years. The living room is almost done, and so is my bedroom. The kitchen will be saved for last since it seems to be a thorn in my side having to wash all the dishes to get all the dust from the paper wrapping off of them....

Our new Major (she only got here 3 weeks ago) asked me what it was that I wanted to do in the Medical field because 2 others that I work with are in the middle of schooling to become doctors. I told her that I really wanted Obstetrics. and she laughed. Said that there was no need for that in the military.......she never even asked if I wanted to stay here!!!
Oh well - just me ranting
