I've suspended four times, and each time has been totally different. The first time was absolutely incredible and it felt great. The second time was for my wedding and it was too overwhelming. The third I did a lotus and it wasn't very comfortable. And the fourth time was in the woods and it was really beautiful but I passed out. That was kind of cool, though. It's just always different. If you ever do it, just don't expect anything.....
