I don't think it is a good idea to speak while drunk...no talking to strangers is not good, talking to friends is not good. texting is certainly not a good idea. you shouldn't dance or make plans or drive or partake in any activities whilst drunkish. instead, you should strip down to a t-shirt and undies, eat some cereal and go to bed. yup. ARRR!!!
