it seemed pretty nice considering what it is.. a medium-sized college town in the south. of course, all things being equal, i'd rather be in woodbury.
if it's just air quality, it's definitely an improvement over where we are. sure, winds blow shit through here fast, but we're downwind from the industrial area. ugh.

speaking of wild fermentation, the people we talked to (mr. and mr. applebaum) were in the midst of starting a batch of saurkraut when we visited.
