It's rheumatoid arthritis...crazy and I was devestated for a minute. But the disease will get bad if I stop moving. So on ward I push. I'm going to start swimming because that is a weightless excercise for my joints and I'm enrolling in a tai chi class. I've lost 12 lbs in a week (that's to much to fast but I guess its normal for this disease) and I must continue to make the strain on my joints less. Thanks for all the well wishes and puppy tips. And spring is almost here. Everyday gets a little brighter
