My name is PinupsOnfilm. When I saw the tasteful B&W pinup photography from the 60's, I found my niche that I want to collect. I thought Suicide Girls would be a good fit to tie the two genres together (retro of the 60's and goth pinups of today). Can I submit a retro girl from the 60's as a "blast from the past" Suicide girl?

No harm, there are plenty of photographers on this site who share their work and you can feel free to post images throughout the boards and on your member page (use the albums there or just insert them from your website). If they "happen" to have a logo or watermark on it with your business name or address, well than so be it. smile I realize that not owning the rights to images can be a tricky business, but then I'm sure you can figure out how to be tricky without getting yourself into any real trouble. I think for the most part you posts were appropriate, it's certainly a better approach then I've seen a few others take. They were shamelessly spamming on the boards and it quickly raised the hackles of a lot of users, we all pay for this site so when we see a flagrant violation of the TOA it's kind of like a waving a red cape in front of a bull.

I know this is semi-blasphemy, but I have great appreciation for Bettie too:

It was an early colorization experiment I did with Photoshop. Sorry if the hues are too much, but just wanted to flesh out the picture a bit.

Thank you again for pointing out my errors. I would rather deal with you than support and I now have toned down my rhetoric. You did an all right job with your colorization. It looks like the pinup era cartoon type image (because of the hue).

Thank you again,

Al
