Well I'll be back in Italy on Friday and things will finally be back to normal.
This last week has been extremely hectic. Our trip in Georgia ended shortly due to a death in the hubby's family. We came back the next morning after getting the news and the funeral was this past Sunday. There's a lot of chaos about it all because his cousing Joey was 36 and has been handicap most of his life and mentally disabled all of his life. Well he was in a nursing home and the result of his death is neglect by the nurses and doctors. My mom-in-law got a lawyer and they're suing. There's so many things wrong with Joey's medical records that it's not even funny.
Now we've found out that the hubby's PawPaw most likely has a brain tumor. Apparently he had cancer before and they think that it has come back and went to his brain. He's going in for a MRI and CT Scan soon to find out for sure. If it is a tumor the only way they can get rid of it is through surgery which may not be possible because of his PawPaw's already existing conditions. So before long we might be back in the states on Emergency Leave. They say bad news comes in three....we're still waiting on what will happen next.
Other than that everything is good. I can't wait to get back home. Hope everyone else is doing okay!!!!
