It gets easier - keep it up. I usually do it in blocks....run two blocks, walk one, run two, walk on. You'll be able to stay out longer and you'll get better in no time!

I need to seriously get into a workout routine. Of course, I should start eating healthy too but it's just not happening.

I thought work was exciting. Both those movies are good, I saw the Island just last weekend (i do the rental thing also, rarely see a movie at the theatre).

mmm, baking i saw the longest yard (new one) this weekend.
