i have a new plan, i'm starting tomorrow with either running or bike-riding everyday!
i have no desire to be stick thin, but i have reached a point in my own personal heaviness where the scale seriously depresses me, i am technically 30 lbs overweight, and therefore medically at risk for many things, including diabetes, plus it is making my back hurt more from carrying around all this extra blubber! and i don't feel sexy like i used to, i've always had meat on my bones, but i used to like the way i looked and i don't now, so i really need to change my own fortune!
