so it's been a while since i've been here... i missed everybody! quick update on my life:
-my dad passed away 3/2/07, it was sudden and unexpected, we think he threw a pulmonary clot and had heart failure, there was no autopsy so that's all speculation. he went the way he would have wanted to, he was on the last leg of his nightly bike ride. i miss him terribly.
-still living with my mom, although we moved to a much smaller house in a ... retirement community! i'm so cameron diaz in IN HER SHOES my sis is only home during college breaks, we're trying to gently get my mom used to the idea of being on her own, not easy stuff, i mean i had to teach her how to pump gas after my dad died!
-i am in the process of switching jobs from one dental office to another, but in the fall i will be returning to community college in an effort to get my gpa up so that VCU will except me NEXT fall. i've decided to finish my history degree and go on to get a masters so i can teach on a college level
-i'm dating a wonderful man, he works in the medical field, is 48 and has 2 young boys. so far so good!
