I know all about false friends. I just cleared house not too long ago becasue I think I deserve to be respected and have friends around me that are there for me and not just all one sided. Its a bit lonely now but at least I'm not banging my head against the wall with angst about what assholes they were to me.

Yes, migraines and alcohol induced headaches are SERIOUS pain! The last bad headache I had (alcohol induced) was so bad it made me actually throw up!
