No. Make that Fuck a double. On the rocks.

I went to photograph some trains after work today, which I could do in broad daylight because standing on the edge of the railyard is not trespassing. So I step into the grass to take some pics of this beaut that was rolling out..my foot goes in a hole, I hear/feel a crack!, and I fall down this ginormous hill, right past the sign that says that I can be arrested for trespassing there. (The sign means it, too..I've seen the railyard cops pounce on people before. They're mighty quick!)

As long as I was down there, though, I got some good shots of the train. I mean, what good is suffering for one's art if one doesn't take advantage of it? Like a dummy, though, I didn't finish out the roll..aargh.

So after I dragged myself and my photogear back up the hill, backwards, I hobbled back to the car..

I'm pretty sure the damned thing isn't broken, but it sure is one HELL of a sprain.

Bollocks.

I guess this precludes any glory at the 44mile kayak event this weekend.
