Best show I've been to in years. Years! He started out with some stuff from OK Computer, and worked his way over to Hail to the Thief..my favorite that he played (besides Paranoid Android..perennial favorite) was 2+2=5. Brilliant. Bril.
Played a piece by the late Elliot Smith..highlight in the set.
People got up and walked out..not many people, maybe ten total, and I was shocked! Did they not realize that they were being bathed in the sonic vibrations of greatness? I held a full bladder for an hour and a half for that man!
Before the concert, Trish and I went over to Brit's and had some drinks on the roof. They make a damned good sidecar at Brit's. I also confessed to her that I'd had a little fling on our vacation last winter, involving (edited for neo: splooge...all over my stomach)..and I think she was a little shocked that I held out on her this long. I really enjoy surprising the ones I love. We also toasted to our mutual ten year anniversary of having lost the ol' virginities. Who knew...years before we met, we were losing it at the same time. Awwwww...
