I have become a good friend of Karma today... I'm not sure why..... Good things happen to good people... and everything hapens for a reason.... And in some way, even if it is very small, something good can be taken from most things.

Today i started my day with freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice. Yummy! I'm trying to have fresh juice at least once a day, with a couple of different fruits in.

This afternoon i cooked for me and my housemate, he ended up with a Lamb stew type thing.... which he quite enjoyed. I really enjoy cooking, i wish i could do it more!

AND I CUT TheDuke's HAND OFF! hahahaaaaaaa...

I love my chainsaw!
