Mother's day was great--mom was very excited about the palm tree, so we set it up and everything. Grandma was there, and we bought her a birdhouse, since she collects them, and she just kept telling us that we didn't have to buy her anything....But she's a grand- mother!!

I paid a little visit to a cemetary very recently myself. No loved ones buried there or anything...just simply wanted a bit of quiet time and that was the quietest place around. I find cemetaries to be quite relaxing and pleasant. Great place to have a picnic! Nothing around but squirrels, crows, and daisies. 
Hope YOUR visit wasn't too sad for you. I think about my grandparents nearly every day. Miss them a lot!!
