WOW--lots of changes here, eh? See what working all the time does to me?!?

So I spent quite a bit of time in the store last week, as we had to take it apart and then begin re-assembly a day later. Lots of fun (well, to me, it actually is-I love merchandising!)

Phoebe is a spoiled little turd--but she's cute as heck! Every time we...

Still missin' my boy.... But Phoebe is adorable. She likes to fall asleep curled around my neck, perched on my bosom. smile The shelter said she was 10 weeks old--not sure though. She seems to like nosing through my hair and trying to suck on my earrings....? smile

I wish the vet had taken Alien's collar off--it was too cute. I miss his little jingle bells.

Rest in Peace, my beloved kitty Alien. frown

He met an untimely death today, as he was hit by a car last night, and my neighbors didn't find him in their yard until this morning. The vet said he was in really bad shock. But, I did bring him home and bury him in my backyard--most animals I would let the vet take care of, but...

Oh, sweetheart. I am so, so sorry. frown (Sometimes I think automobiles are the bloody spawn of Satan!) There are few things in life more painful than the loss of one's little furry baby. Hope your other little darlings are able to offer you some comfort right now. (Phoebe is a WONDERFUL name for a kitty!) smile

Hang in there, hon. kiss kiss miao!! (Newman sends his love.)

Not much going on here in Cincinnati--but get this--I spent an entire week in Vegas, and spent quite a bit of money (probably not even half on gambling, but thats another story). My parents went out there for my dad's job, had to go to some meetings--they were there for 2 days and won $1,400---freakin' jerks!! Like they even need the money! LOL. Oh well....

Sheesh. Long weekend. And I think I'm still on Vegas time, cause I sure can't sleep right now.

Friday was boring, came home and went to bed. Saturday sucked hardcore because my store had inventory. Inventory was going smoothly until my DSM decided to download all the info without me, and she skipped an important step--MORON. And then she said that the telxon machine that...

I loved going back to the hotel as the sun was coming up.....and we always had to say "Ya know, in Cincinnati, its 10 AM right now..."

SO many hot boys! Damn I was in heaven!

Drinking 24/7, even while walking down...

Did I forget to mention, that as we left out of the Vegas airport yesterday, the president himself was there?? He caused an hour and a half delay to our flight, since Airforce 1 was blocking our runway, and our plane was too heavy to fly off the south runway. Yeah, that means we missed our connection in Memphis, and had to catch a different...

Woo hoo! Another great weekend. My girl Ginner came home Monday night because she currently has nowhere to live in Columbus---so we made a week of it! Wednesday we hit up Party in the Park for some early brews, she lost her ID (temporarily) but we talked some girl into giving her a wristband b/c Ginner is wierd and had her birth cert. on her...

Yes! It is SO immensely satisfying when shit blows up at work! Makes you think, maybe there IS a god. smile

I noticed you like Loretta Lynn! I have been listening to "The Other Woman" about 50 times a day lately! She is FABULOUS. I'm a HUGE fan of Patsy Cline, as well. Love those "old school" C&W chanteuses.

Have a great week, party mama! wink

I hate power trippin' managers. They suck. Ok, I've been a manager now for about 4 years, and you're going to make out my schedule for me? I'm not fucking dumb, ok, so don't treat me like I am. I think I know the peak times at my st ore a bit better than you, so just let me take care of being there when...

Grr! Managers blow goats. Not literally... So does comcast. My internet was down for a long time, and they finally came to fix it. I'm happy that it's back, but bummed about not having it for a while.
