So, Last week I applied for a job with AQA63336, which is a text based service where you text a question, then they send you an answer back...it would be ideal for me as the hours are pretty flexible, you work from home, and you get to use the internet all the time to find things out. It's pretty tough to get in apparently, and only 1 in 10 people get offered a place, so fingers are crossed.

Went to see Hot Tub Time Machine last night. It's the first comedy that I've actually chuckled audibly to in a while at the cinema. I've never been in a film where there's mass audience cheering or whatever. Anyways, it's pretty light-hearted and just what I needed. Me, Jim and Marty went, and it was like being back at school for some reason. We haven't hung out together like that for a looong time, which makes me sad. That's just the way it is, though.

I'm getting a lot of stick from them about my YouTube vids, all in a good way. They think I'm weird for doing it on my own, but like I pointed out: they're never around! It is more fun when there's someone else filming as well, but I think my love of the internet lifestyle is a lot deeper than theirs, so sometimes they just don't really get what I'm going on about. Ah well. It's occupying my time now, and I genuinely enjoy doing it. It's just enough involvement to keep me interested, but not too much work that I get distracted tongue

Here's the video I edited last night of yesterdays exploits!

The AQA thing sounds like a great job. Best of luck!

Yeah, I'm not a fan of Ridley Scott stuff in general and I spent half the movie trying to work out whether Crowe was butchering a specific regional accent or trying to blur where Robin Hood came from by muddling it all together. I did like where they took the story, though, empowering Maid Marion a bit and making Robin a bit of an A-Team stylee renegade instead of just a benevolent highwayman...
Better than some of the other tat I've endured recently, anyway...
