I like the idea about planning what you eat before you run/workout. I'm getting cooked for at the moment, so that's not a problem so much, but Tuesday I went out to TGI's for drinks after dinner at home and bought a plate of chips and scoffed a bit of my mate's ice cream too... Then again, I'm not sure how much I'd eaten for the rest of the day and I was getting ill... hmm. Probably not so bad, then.
