Call Center Drama
Any of you that have worked at one know its completely full of Bullshit. The people, the clients, and most of all the rules.
Tonight was no exception to the stupidity that happens among my fellow peers.
Do not get me wrong my supervisor is awesome and most of the people i work with our great. However...
Theres always the people who massively piss you off.
Example:


I work on phones/chat and email. It was finally my day to work on chat...well she comes to work pretending shes lost her voice and she has to go on chat. I was pissed. Not only did i know she was faking it but i offered to take her out for lunch and during lunch well... it seemed her voice just happened to work again. Fucking people.
Do your fucking job.

Yes no one likes to hear people yell at them for problems out of our control but come on! mean i was doing it for four days in a row...

anyways one good thing that came out of today was this hilarious call i had. This guy kept calling me Trixie. So now at work they call me Trixie. Its hard to explain how hilarious this guy was, but he really was. I mean those are the people that make work enjoyable. Not the people who call up screaming. Yes i know you have a problem, but really screaming isnt going to make me fix it more quickly. Kill me with kindness people



What a Wonderful morning!

So this morning i was woken up to the door bell. I looked like crap....no surprise.
Someone delievered me flowers...i dont know who It was great though... started my day out wonderfully.
Thank you who ever did that
