Sounds like your work is a total pain in the ass. I wouldn't want to switch jobs with you - Hell, I'm usually a bit rude to people working at places like these. I can't even imagine what it must be like to have to deal with a handful of morons like me. I've never worked in a Call Center, but I've worked in jobs that required me to deal only with people, and people can be quite annoying and stupid. Stay strong..
