Whew! It's been a while since my last blog, but I've been setting everything up so I don't have time to breathe until January.
Classes start Monday, and I'm taking 13 credits. Plus working as much as possible, which will be hopefully 20-30 hours a week. Plus, as of today, I am volunteering at Head Start in the 0-3 classroom at least 2 mornings a week! I am so excited, and a bit nervous. I start Friday morning at 8:30.
Somehow in between that I hope to see xbradx sometime (
), and then my dad is visiting in December (of course he's coming the last day of finals... but at least I get 2 full days with him plus two half days)
I am hoping to graduate in May with a degree in Early Childhood Education, and hoping really hard that if head start doesn't have an opening, I'll get a great letter of recommendation from them for somewhere that does.
It's really exciting to have everything on track for once... I just hope I don't burn myself out!
