Hearing stories about how people have met their SO makes me really happy. I asked my manager about how she and her husband met last night, and she was smiling and happy talking about it, and really seemed like she was the 17 year old she was when they first began dating.
So to you, I pose the question: how did you meet your boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife?

Met her while working at a community theater. Took her to a play for our first date which was horrible(the play that is). Must have made a good impression, going on 15 years married and 20 together. It has taken some work but very worth it.

I met my wife doing college radio but we never dated the first time i knew her. After rambling for a few years I moved back to Kansas for a while. I saw her out to eat and invited her to come to the place I was running at the time for our $2 margarita happy hour special. She is a tequila girl and so eventually she came out to play. After a few afternoons spent bs-ing at the bar we figured out that neither one of us slept at night and we started hanging out till dawn and taking little road trips. I took her home to Ill. to meet my parents before she knew we were dating.
