I love my dad... we're trying to get some insurance stuff straightened out, and when I told him that the insurance rep had told me to tell him to contact his HR department at work for the correct forms, I got this in response: "I don't want to say that the HR department is full of a bunch of brain dead morons, but an anorexic zombie couldn't get a satisfying snack from the whole department"
