Another food blog! I just improvised some (thus far) tasty stuffed mushrooms.
Not entirely improvised, but enough that it bears no resemblance to the original recipe (other than being mushroom-based)
Cheap mushrooms, diced potatoes, goat cheese, yellow onions, and seasoned bread crumbs.

I would Christmas shop year round if it were at all practical for me to do so. I love shopping and giving gifts. I could easily make it a hobby. Lol. Please PM me your address so we can send you and the gentleman a holiday card (if you would like one).
