Hey everyone,
In the face of all this depression and anxiety crisis, I have not been able to write or be creative.
Today I had the strongest anxiety crisis that turned out into panic attack and only who were talking to me at the moment knew how heavy it was. I had the idea to use this space as a blog or even a journal (with my trashy English). Maybe if i write and if anyone can read it, it would become a hobby and a distraction. Today, cause of the crisis, I couldn't do the post I planed about where I live and things about Brazil. But I promisse that as soon as I feel better I'll always post a blog with various subjects or about how i'm feeling.

That's a wonderful idea. Better out than in and this is a great place to get it out with so many supportive people. Anxiety can be a crippling thing at times. Love and light!💚
