hey dont feel bad about wheat and gluten intolerances... something like 85% of people have them... but like any intolerances... if you do something about them... which i'm guessing you do... cut down etc. when you eat them again they screw you up more (two of my friends are dietaticians and different ends of the scale western and eastern, but they both agree on that )
