let it be known that this is to be my first drunken update.

now that that's established: the update.

1. i am drunk.

2. my landlord and landlady, despite what i may have been inclined to say earlier (due mostly to freeeeeeeezing basement apt and george, the cat, drinking out of my toilet) are aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamaaazing. mostly because they got me drunk (well, the 3 vodka tonics they supplied) and because they feed me and ensure that i am alive and tended to.

3. i thought dear old blanche (the ipod) was dead but alas, she miraculously revived herself (much to my relief) and is alive and kicking.

4. i am eating NUTS. have i told you i love nuts? well i do. cashews, brazil, even almonds. nuts nuts nuts nuts. when there is no other protein, i'll munch on nuts. even in my drunken state i am well aware that this can so be taken the wrong way. je m'en fiche. nuts are great. and you gotta give credit where credit is due.

this is what i'm looking like right now. drunk



that tank top has a day-glo yellow trim. it hangs on my tummy in like the most perfectly comfortable way. i.e. my stomach does not go like it appears to.

hmm. i don't think i'll be going out tonight afterall. need sleep. more nuts? indubitably. if that's a word at all.
