i got a trash french 'do to match my trash attitude.



life is good to me at the moment. i should not be successful in my quest to find something to complain about. alas, i always can.

work has commenced. it is going well. i cannot even begin to describe the differences between teaching canadian high school students and then french university student. i enjoy my work considerably.

i am still lacking solid french friends, but i suppose i have forgotten how difficult it is to move sometimes. nonetheless, i met two noteworthy girls with whom some concert attendances have been planned. including the kills. this i look forward to with impatiance.

i miss studying. is this normal?

qualms of living in my shitty apartement #1:

randoms (usually disgusting older men) stopping by my open ground-floor window and a)asking for a cigarette (the gall!); b)saying 'bon soir' and then asking if they scare me; then stopping by again the next fucking night. this always happens in the middle of the night. why is my window open? because i am smoking, that's why. you'd have it open too if you lived in a 15 m^2 stone cage. yes. my windows have bars on them.
