hey dont feel bad about wheat and gluten intolerances... something like 85% of people have them... but like any intolerances... if you do something about them... which i'm guessing you do... cut down etc. when you eat them again they screw you up more (two of my friends are dietaticians and different ends of the scale western and eastern, but they both agree on that

My weekend was alright. I spent a lot of it working on a website for a friend, and the rest pretty well eating and hanging out at home. Although I did go to Fressen for supper on Friday, and then out with some friends on Saturday night.
