spf 3000 is recommended if you're going to be flying in the sky with no protection. some clouds have cookies along the way, so make as many pitstops as you need. Study up on flight patterns so you don't have any head on collisions. The thin air up there will do wonders for your head.

i was up till 3am drinking yesterday, work at 6:30.. bleh

at 2am i was about to start walking through the Presido and it was foggy, dark, cold and a little bit scarey. I didn't mind though. I felt like walking alone and just listening to the sounds of our little chunk of the woods here in SF. I walked and walked and walked till it started becoming morning. I found coffee and then took a bus home to try and sleep. It was nice. Kinda dreamy and oddly relaxing for how much walking I did.
