I have the same problem. I've been thinking about it a ton lately too.

It's sorta the reason i just decided to fuck off and not do anything this weekend. I had a huge list (as usual) of all the things that needed to be done too. Some quality 'me' time helps not stress myself out.. because when I get stressed out.. I REALLY don't get shit done.
