I liked House of Flying Daggers. Yesterday I had the flu really bad, so I watched 2 movies Harold & Kumar go to White Castle was hilarious, and Koyannisquatsi was still amazing, although it makes me wish for a giant-screen TV.
Tonight is Suz's Girls Nght with her kids, so I'm home with Betsy cat catching up on email & job hunting.

yesterday I bought a rosemary plant, a lavender plant, and a sage plant...they smell sooooo good!
Tonight I used the rosemary in my dinner and it tasted awesome.
I'm very excited to have started my little garden.

yes I did, I went to school at UCSC and graduated last year. Wish I could have stayed. And I have the odd sense that we've met, maybe at a Darkwater party or something like that.
I feel a lot more better now...I finally bit the bullet and did my salary negotiations and things went pretty well...at least that's off my mind now.

Well, we've been working on a coupla things. A Santa Cruz Free Skool and a local independent community Radio station in Felton.
Also, we had an Adventure Club that was great. Trainhopping on a sunny winter day up the coast. Wanna go next time?

Okay, crazy freakin' x-mas...the grand finale was getting to Seattle airport and find out our flight is cancelled...standing in a 3 hour line, deciding to scrap everything and get a rental car and driving the 13 hours all night from Seattle to Santa Cruz...at least we made it back before our plane would have dropped us off.
