What have I done to be so fortuitous?
Tonight I witnessed the most incredible sunset of my life. No words or photographs could do it justice.
To the West the falling orange ball of fire, lacing the thin lines of clouds with bright halos. Deep green sea smashing against the rocks making white foam showers. To the East...the land lit in all its golden glory and an enormous rainbow rushing vertically out of the ground as if the biggest pot of riches lie right in that spot. Above it the moon full and bright. The cotton balls of clouds a light magenta and violet and gray.
I wish you were here with me.

Wow, so we're sisters in ink from the hands of Teresa, eh? Is the Cuttlefish hers?

I love sunsets. O love taking pictures of them, trying to learn to capture the moment on film. One of the best sunsets I ever saw was on the Plains in Wyoming just days before 9/11.
