I'm doing my best to get over the fact that my request for a wee bit o' sunshine for this week got noticed, teased to the point of excitement, then brutally ignored.

I found myself at Berkley Front last night actually enjoying a beer. To explain, my drinking habits are fairly set in stone. My weapon of choice is either going to be a whiskey or a cider of some sort, depending on my mood...and, well, lets face it, budget. I generally avoid anything having to do with hops or barley. However, I orderded a tulip glass of Founder's Breakfast Stout (I think?) and pretty much loved it. I should go back soon just to confirm that I have the name right. The act of me trying to remember something tends to resemble eating soup with a fork, I'd say. Things just sorta slip on through.

As far as progress goes on repairing my computer, I'm throwing in the towel. This means, as I have mentioned, that nearly my entire music collection is now floating in some untouchable limbo on a harddrive that I cannot seem to access. So, I'm starting over. Want to help? Suggest! Take a peek at the bands I have listed on here and go from there, or just take a shot in the dark. I will listen to anything at least once, so long as you give me some reason why you like it. I like opinions. They're like little windows into other people's worlds.
