Sipping on the Alley Kat raspberry mead. I wouldn't recommend it. We bought it thinking it was a flavoured mead, but upon looking at the ingredients list it looks like it's actually a braggat. Honey, hops, malt and raspberry. . .not my favourite combination. The boyfriend and I found this awesome wine shop up in Beacon heights, one of Calgary's new faceless, character-less, pointless "communities". It's nice to find those kind of jems amongst all the big box brand name stores. Bonus: they have a wine dispenser with self serve samples AND cupcakes in the beer cooler. Posh indeed.

Go up to highlander liquor by lions park station or call them they have a fucking slick honey mead on the shelf somedays that I highly recommend.
