I FUCKING HATE FILE FORMATS!!!
Why, oh why can't all wordprocessing files be in the same format. I don't want pictures, I don't want a slide show, I just want to be able to submit a resume to a company with the tabs, bolding and alignment that I put on it. I just tried to convert my resume from .wps to.doc and it fucked everything up for example :
My name yadda yadda
name of company, term of employment
position: Assistant to the office
REFERENCES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST MANAGER. FILED
documents, operated switchboard.
It's not like I don't know how to use a computer, and this makes me look like and idiot. Yeah sure, we'll hire you as an administrative assistant, eventhough you seemingly have trouble with microsoft word.
