Man, you should have offered to help pay for hte vet bill if you could have in any way possible. Then it might have allowed you to at least still find out the condition of her. I can't believe this shit. 
Sorry I'm so mad. I can only assume and I guess I shouldn't assume the worst, (like her out with some guy) when maybe she picked up a second job to help pay the vet bills. Truth is you never know until you ask. I just hate to see suffering of any kind, especially when it could be avoided. I really hope everything turns out ok. for all involved.

And yeah, Gimpy makes me sad. I generally don't want to be sad though, and kinda hope I don't come across that way too much. I certainly was 2 months ago, but now this whole thing has turned into somewhat of an interesting study in some sort of bizarre micro-sociology.
That's been in my thought processes as of late, but it's too convoluted to try to explain in a quick jabbing type session, so I have been trying to get around to really updating, but haven't quite created the time yet.
I never did get a response to that email regarding Gimpy, I had to call the vet myself to find out what was going on.
