In the whirlwind that this week has become, I have completely forgotten that I had tickets to go see Beck tonight!
(and YAY, Le Tigre is opening for him, totally an added bonus)
However, that being said. This event had completely slipped my mind until just now, and I had planned on doing a ton of laundry etc tonight (bathing the dog as well) because I am taking a dry run at that whole camping thing this weekend.
I am getting picked up EARLY early on Saturday morning and heading up past Whistler (for the first time in my life.... can you believe that? Been living in Vancouver for over 16 years, and I have never been to Whistler. oh the shame of it all.) I am a little concerned about the Morgster, as he's been moving pretty slowly as of late, but it's going to be a short trip, so we'll see.
but holy shit I am so looking forward to this!!!

in other news. I have been censoring, coddling, and otherwise not being the real me in my journal for almost 2 months now... at least. Possibly quite a bit longer...
