I am the squeekiest of wheels.
It was SO cold in here this morning, that when I huffed on the bathroom mirror, it would fog up.
Last year, around the same time, it was like this too. I called the landlord at that point in time and was told that the law states that the heat only has to be on from October to May.
I, like an idiot, bought that.
Then, however, I checked into the bylaw, and was surprised to find out that by law, it can't be any colder than 20 degrees in the day time, and 18 degrees at night. No matter what time of year. There is no heat clause regarding when they can just TURN IT OFF.
So, today I called and with teeth chattering, asked about the boiler room. Did Freddy Krueger lock the door down there? What's the deal with the boiler room? The Heat?
happy to say, the heat is now back on. and I'm chitter chattering a bit less.
I could disappear just as quickly as a degree change though. Good or bad?
