Man, I feel like I've been in an audio jail for the last 15 years and only suddenly I am emerging back into a brand new world full of bands I have never heard of.
Today's new favorites... The Watchmen, Miss Kittin, !!!, and I even sorta like Bright Eyes a little bit.

Actually, as far as the decemberists are concerned... I am totally choked that I just missed their gig. It was the Weakerthans on the Friday, and the Decemberists on the Saturday... what a weekend THAT would have been!
but alas.. i was still held prisoner in my muted land.
If you have Music Match, do an "artists match" for "Peaches"... that was a great combo that it kicked out for it's choices.
(Plus, peaches is kinda sexy, my team or not.)

I wasn't able to go to prom. My fiances mom had surgery yesterday so we both thought it was important to be there. I was just really burnt out yesterday. At work everyone wanted to share their office poitics with me and to hear my opinion but I didn't really want any part of it, ya know?
