Generally, I've been feeling pretty good as of late... Things are all starting to "fall into place", and I really feel like I have started to emerge out the otherside of this storm.

That being said however,

Today is suddenly a very sad day for me, and even more-so for Morgan.

Sadness can challenge us when we are most happy, that's for sure. What works for me, is just to remember that situations are temporary, who we are is permanent. Keep your chin up...
