4:40 am alarm, one snooze. Coffees already brewed out there.
4:50 am start writing
5:45 am get ready for gym
5:55 am at the gym
6:50 am home from gym, shower.
7:05 am some sort of R/X protein shake.
7:10 am take Morgan out.
7:40 am feed Morgan
7:45 am leave apartment for bus stop
8:25 am get to work.
10:00 am some sort of food, 30g protein, 50g carbs, 10g fat
Noon:
12:00 1:00 pm some sort of food, 30g protein, 50g carbs, 10g fat
3:00 4:00 pm some sort of food, 30g protein, 50g carbs, 10g fat
5:00 pm leave work
5:30 pm home from work.
6:00 pm take Morgan out
6:30 7:00 pm some sort of food, 30g protein, 50g carbs, 10g fat
8:00 pm make lunches for tomorrow
9:30 pm some sort of protein shake, low on the carbs.
9:35 pm set coffee up for the morning, go to bed.

My logitech webcam sucks, and it won't work on my PC. I have to use my laptop which has a broken NIC card, so I have to transfer shots using a usb drive.
I had to add to this that I am throwing this pic up here because it is not AT ALL what I really look like, and I have no idea why it turned out like this, it's really kinda creepy So I wanted to share. I really am just a skinnyfat lil thing.

your proposed schedule makes me cringe in fear. I think I'm doing good when I roll outta bed by 10:15 and get in a 40 minute workout before work at noon. Now I feel all lazy and stuff.
